  • Feeding- Initial breastfeeding support after delivery; with the option to request further support postpartum 
  • Welcome Home Mama- I offer an in home postpartum support visit within two weeks of delivery. Additional visits can be requested.
  • Herbs and Oils- Ask about our herbs and oils we love for postpartum care.
  • Sibling Care- this option is available during labor or postpartum
  • Housekeeping- Light housekeeping and organization options available upon request.
  • Meal Planning- Meal plans and fresh or frozen meals options are an option new moms are so grateful for.


"I will easily move from doula to photographer and back again. I will take cues from you and your partner to help and support where needed. When you are supported by your partner, I will take that time to document. We will agree beforehand which would take precedence in the event of a complicated birth."
